KV-50X(Z)E Gate Opener

A gate is operated with the electric lifting cylinder. Due to the space conditions, the motor has been mirror-mounted on the back of the toothed belt housing contrary to the standard. The engine is equipped with a double brake and a second motor shaft for manual emergency operation. The piston rod is enclosed with a bellows for protection (not shown).

TV-150XE Gate of a boat yard

The TV-150 XE electric lift cylinder is used to open and close a gate in the outdoor area of ​​a boat yard. The gate closes the water inlet and protects the area of ​​the boat yard against high waves. Due to the water displacement of the partial surface below the water surface, high adjustment forces are necessary.

KV-50XE clutch shaft of a scissor lift

TV-30 SEF Connecting sharft mixing unit

This cylinder unit consisting of two TV-30SEF electrohub cylinders, a connecting shaft and the motor with tooth belt is used in a machine for the manufacture of pharmaceutical products. For this purpose, a container is lifted by the electric lifting cylinders and pulled into a seal. At the same time, a stirrer immerses in the container. In order to keep the seal on the container tensioned, a spring element is integrated in the electric lifting cylinders.
